Prof. Swapna is a life time member of various associations and secured awards and honours for excellence in the field of Nursing education and services. she is also a project member of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) under Ministry of Health and Family WelfareGovernment of India, NewDelhi. and TOT trainer for Tuberculosis Control Programme, Government of India.Currently Member of Board of Examination of Jammu and Kashmir Medical University, North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of health and Medical Sciences, Shillong.
